Located in close proximity to diagnostic imaging, laboratory and surgery services, we have access to all that we need for efficient medical care. Since 2012, Logan Memorial Hospital Emergency room has been an Accredited Chest Pain Center.

Russellville, KY (May 25, 2018) – Logan Memorial Hospital announced today a $4 million renovation and expansion to the emergency department (ED). The project will increase the number of patient beds in the ED and also improve the hospital’s facilities by expanding the waiting area and a complete renovation of the existing ED department. All hospital services will remain open during this project, which is estimated to be completed in February 2019.

The emergency department will be expanding, increasing the number of beds by 4 to 10. The ED also will add new state of the art equipment including more monitoring systems, LED lighting, electrocardiogram (EKG) machines and a new trauma room.
During construction, Logan Memorial Hospital will post temporary signs to help guide patients and visitors to the correct parking areas and entrances. Emergency room patients will enter the hospital through the front doors and utilize the front lobby waiting room.
